RETURNS AND REFUNDS TERMS
At Alcantara Sartoria Italia, quality, timeless design, and exceptional craftsmanship define our philosophy.
While we are confident in the excellence of our garments, we understand that a return may occasionally be necessary.
For this reason, we have implemented a transparent and refined return policy designed to offer clarity and confidence throughout the process.
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
After this period, return or refund requests will no longer be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and free from any damage or wear.
- Returned in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless proven defective.

- Your Order ID
- The reason for the return
Our Customer Care team will respond within minutes, providing you with:
- The full return shipping details, including recipient name, address, city, and postal code
- Instructions to complete the return properly
Shipping the Return
You will be required to:
- Purchase a shipping label from your preferred courier
- Print the label, securely affix it to the package
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
We strongly recommend using a courier that offers tracking and delivery confirmation, as Alcantara Sartoria Italia is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon receipt of the returned package, our team will inspect the item within 24–48 hours
- If all return conditions are met, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 24–48 hours
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
In the rare case of a defective or incorrect product:

In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs, and arrange a replacement or full refund at your discretion.
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend following our return procedure and placing a new order for the desired product.
- This ensures faster processing and greater availability of sizes and colors.
- Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
- Should you require assistance in selecting the correct size or color for your new order, our Customer Care team is available to guide you personally via email or WhatsApp.
General Conditions
- All returns must be authorised in advance by our Customer Care team.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Alcantara Sartoria Italia reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the return criteria, or that shows signs of use, damage, or handling inconsistent with our standards of excellence.
