Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team via email at customercare@alcantarasartoria.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your Order ID and the reason for the return. Our team will provide full instructions and shipping details.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
You will need to purchase a shipping label from your preferred courier, affix it securely to the package, and ship the item to the address provided by our team. We strongly recommend a courier offering tracking and delivery confirmation.
Upon receipt, our team inspects the item within 24–48 hours. If all return conditions are met, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 24–48 hours, and you will receive an email confirmation.
